There are several dogs that I've talked about on the blog here on the blog who's lives show the power the difference that one person caring can make - and one of those dogs is Po - who is now called Henry and living a beautiful life in Dartmouth. He has come a long way from his very horrible many years of initial abuse, and it's all sunshine and lollipops for him now, and boy, these new photos of him really are showing a progression that is in a good way. These photos are beautiful to see.
She also sent along a note to Animal Rescue Coalitions about Henry's progress which is also very cute - "Henry wanted us to send you an e-mail saying thank you very much for the lovely Christmas card. He's really enjoying the Christmas season; lots of new people to meet, and he loves rolling around in the snow (usually face first!). He even tolerates being dressed up as one of Santa's reindeer! Everybody just thinks he's the most handsome dog! He loves going for car rides too; he's frequently our companion when we're out running errands. We're sending you some pictures that we took of him recently; as you can see, he's pretty happy and settled here. We're very happy that he has adopted us! Have a wonderful Christmas and a very happy New Year"
If you want to read the back story of Henry - you can go to - May 17, 08 the story of Po and November 4, 08 the transformation of Po - it's a pretty wonderful story.
